Shipping policy

ZeliPet™ Shipping & Delivery

We work with fulfillment partners in the US and overseas to get every order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time depends on the specific product and is always shown on that product's page. In general:

• Fast-ship items (marked "Fast Shipping" on the product page): 3–5 business days
• Standard items: 5–7 business days
• Select items: 7–14 business days

All orders include tracking. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

For international shipments crossing customs borders, the destination country's customs authority may assess import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees according to local law. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or goes unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
